We strongly recommend getting advice from a decorator to take accurate wall measurements and help you calculate the correct amount of wallpaper needed. Whilst crafting beautiful, high-quality products is of great importance to us, a slight shift in colour may occur for each batch during manufacture. Therefore make sure that you order all the rolls you’ll need in one go. If you have any doubt about the required quantity please get in touch with us prior to placing your order.

Hanging:

Before hanging your wallpaper, please refer to the application instructions that come with it. A good quality, solvent-free ready mixed wallpaper paste should be used, that needs to be applied directly to the walls. For detailed information please see our "Wallpaper Guide".

Sample:

We recommend ordering a sample of the wallpaper you are interested in before making your final purchase. Colours and pattern dimensions may appear to be different on screen.
It is of great importance to us that our wallpapers, which reflect the variety and beauty of nature, are sustainably produced in England with minimal environmental impact. Therefore, we do not support the production of vinyl wallpapers (PVC plastic) due to their toxic environmental impact. All our wallpapers are made of high-quality non-woven substrates from controlled sources and have a significantly lower carbon footprint than vinyl wallpapers. Our wallpapers are sustainably manufactured by a British mill using water-based, environmentally friendly ink. To avoid creating more than needed, our wallpapers are made to order in small batches.
Lead Time:

We believe in low-waste production to avoid creating more than is needed. We, therefore, keep just a small amount of stock and have most of our wallpapers printed to order - just for you. This may take up to 3-4 weeks. If you require the wallpaper within a shorter timeframe, please get in touch prior to placing your order so we can check if there is stock available that can be dispatched quicker.

Delivery:

Shipping within the UK is free. For international orders (EU and overseas deliveries) the shipping cost depends on the country and is calculated at checkout.

Returns:

We understand that renovation projects take time and sometimes it can take a little longer until your walls are ready to hang wallpaper. Unused wallpaper rolls can be sent back within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that unless the wallpaper is agreed to be faulty, wallpaper rolls can only be returned or exchanged if the original wrapping foil that is protecting the paper has not been removed.
