We only keep little stock as most of our products are made to order. If we do not have rolls of your chosen wallpaper pattern in stock, they have a lead time of about 3-4 weeks to be produced. Custom sized wallpaper panels are always printed just for you and have a lead time of up to 4 weeks. Fabrics and cushions are printed to order and take up to 2 weeks to be made for you and ready to be shipped. For Scarves please allow up to 4 weeks for the item to be made and dispatched. The delivery time stated on the product page is an estimate only. These lead times only show the estimate about how long it takes to have your order made for you and it is ready to be dispatched. It does not include the shipping time from our studio to your home. If for some reason there will be a delay in processing your order you will be notified and if you wish to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. Wallpapers will be sent using a courier with a 1-2 days delivery aim within the UK. Cushions and other items are sent by Royal Mail second class and require a signature upon arrival. The delivery within the UK is free (samples and trade orders excluded). For EU and oversee deliveries the shipping cost depends on the country. However, we do not charge for shipping on orders over GBP 500.- (trade orders excluded).
CUSTOMS,DUTIES & TAXTES
Please be aware that items delivered to countries outside of the EU might be subject to custom charges, taxes and other fees that are imposed by your local legislation. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges. We are not financially liable for delivery delays caused by the courier or customs. To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following: Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by the courier or if customs need to reach you to clear your order. Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to us as the sender. We will not refund delivery costs if a parcel has been sent back to us by the carrier in case the receiver is refusing to obtain the necessary customs to import the goods.
It is highly recommended to order a sample of the wallpaper or fabric you are interested in before making your final purchase. Colours and pattern dimension may not be accurate on screen. Please note that the following items cannot be returned: Samples, custom-made/ bespoke items, custom sized wallpaper panels and fabric sold by the metre.
Upon delivery inspect all your items and if any of them arrived damaged please email us immediately at email@example.com. We will not accept any claims after hanging or cutting of the product. If you like to return or exchange your item, please get in touch by email at to give us written notice about your upcoming return and include a reason why you wish to return your item. Items can be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. The returned item has to be unused /unworn with all labels attached. To avoid damage or lost in transit, please use adequate packaging to protect the item and return using a signed for delivery service. If the item is lost or not returned in its original condition and the buyer is responsible for any loss in value we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded should an item be faulty.
Wallpapers: Wallpaper rolls can only be returned if unpacked. Custom sized wallpapers ordered by square metre are produced for your wall measurements only and therefore are not returnable unless agreed to be faulty.
After hanging 2 or 3 lengths of your wallpaper, inspect the results to ensure that there is no shading or any faults. Also, make sure that there are no site or hanging related issues like visible gaps from the wall or visible seams. Get in touch with us immediately if you, or any party acting upon your instructions, have an issue with the first drops installed. Do NOT hang all the wallpaper prior to contacting us if you are not satisfied with the first result! No claims will be accepted for goods hung in excess of one roll.
Fabrics: Fabrics are printed to order and cut to your required length and therefore are not returnable unless agreed to be faulty. Upon delivery examine the fabrics carefully before proceeding with any cutting or useage. We endeavor to provide printed fabrics of the highest quality. Claims for alleged defects must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery. We can not accept direct or indirect claims for any reason whatsoever once the customer, or any party acting upon their instructions, has cut, or processed the fabric in any way.
