SHIPPING POLICY

All our products are printed in the United Kingdom and carefully made in our workshop in Clerkenwell, London.

We only keep little stock as all our products are made to order. Wallpaper rolls we do not have in stock have a turnaround of about 3 weeks. Custom sized wallpaper panels are always printed just for you and have a turnaround of up to 4 weeks. Cushions are made to order and take up to 2 weeks to be made for you and ready to be shipped. For Scarves please allow up to 4 weeks for the item to be made and dispatched. The delivery time stated on the product page is an estimate only. These lead times only show the estimate about how long it takes to have your order made for you and it is ready to be dispatched. It does not include the shipping time. If for some reason there will be a delay in processing your order you will be notified and if you wish to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. Wallpapers will be sent using a courrier with a 1-2 days delivery aim within the UK. Cushions and other items are sent by Royal Mail second class and require a signature upon arrival. The delivery within the UK is free. For EU  and oversee deliveries the shipping cost depends on the country, however we do not charge for shipping on orders over GBP 500.- 

 CUSTOMS,DUTIES & TAXTES

Please be aware that items delivered to countries outside of the EU might be subject to custom charges, taxes and other fees that are imposed by your local legislation.  Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges.  We are not financially liable for delivery delays caused by the courier or customs. To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following: Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by the courier or if customs needs to reach you to clear your order. Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender. 

RETURN POLICY

It is highly recommended to order a sample of the wallpaper you are interested in before making your final purchase. Colours and pattern dimension may not be accurate on screen. Please note that custom sized panels for murals / wallpaper ordered by square metre are produced for your wall measurements only and are not returnable unless agreed to be faulty. 

Upon delivery inspect all your items and if any of them arrived damaged please email us immediately at contact@goodandcraft.com. We will not accept any claims after hanging or cutting of the product. If you like to return or exchange your item, please get in touch by email within 7 days after your item has been delivered. Please email us at contact@goodandcraft.com to give us written notice about your upcoming return and include a reason why you wish to return your item. Items can be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. The returned item has to be unused / unworn with all lables attached. Wallpaper rolls can only be returned if unpacked.  To avoid damage or lost in transit, please use adequate packaging to protect the item and return using a signed for delivery service. If the item is lost or not returned in its original condition and the buyer is responsible for any loss in value we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded should an item be faulty. Please note that 

the following items can not be returned: Samples, custom-made/ bespoke items, custom sized wallpaper panels and fabric sold by meter.
